Studied Biochemistry at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) including a semester at Université de Neuchâtel (Switzerland). Graduated with the award “Premio Extraordinario de Licenciatura”. Master in Biomedical Research at University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). PhD thesis at the Institute for Research in Biomedicine, Universidad de Barcelona and Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich on peptide chemistry and intracellular drug delivery (2012). Science communicator at the Barcelona Science Park (2008-2012). Scholarships from “La Caixa” Foundation, The Spanish Ministry of Education and Innovation (Spanish Government) and European Molecular Biology Organization (EMBO). Several scientific publications.
